LOS ANGELES - Mason Parris hasn't played football since high school, but he put on an NFL uniform last month.
The Lawrenceburg native participated in LA Chargers Minicamp, getting reps at fullback.
In April, it was reported that Parris had his sights set on playing in the NFL. That came after he participated in the University of Michigan's Pro Day in March.
It is maybe no coincidence that Parris found his way to Chargers Minicamp considering their head coach Jim Harbaugh, is the former head coach of the Michigan Wolverines.
Parris summed up his experience in a social media post by saying, "First time on the football field since high school. Grateful for this experience and the exact reset I needed."
