Mason Parris Ranked Top Heavyweight in the Country

Parris is 19-0 as a fifth year senior.

(Ann Arbor, Mi.) – Mason Parris is the new #1 ranked heavyweight in the NCAA.

The University of Michigan fifth year senior has been dominate this season, going 19-0 to date.

He unseated Greg Kekvliet as the new #1 after defeating the Penn State star last Friday. It was Parris’ seventh-ranked win and third top-10 win this season.

Of his 19 wins, Parris has won 10 matches by fall.

Parris and his Wolverine teammates are ranked as the #3 team in the country and back in action this week. They will take on #6 Ohio State on Friday and Maryland on Sunday.
