(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Another Lawrenceburg High School football star is set to play college football.
Senior wide receiver Dahya Patel committed to Ball State University on Sunday afternoon.
Patel was named to the IFCA Class 3A Senior All-State Team in 2021. He totaled 67 receptions for 1,152 yards and 15 touchdowns.
For his career, Patel caught 150 passes for 2,646 yards and 33 touchdowns.
He was an All-EIAC selection in each of the last three seasons.
Patel chose Ball State over Marshall, Valpo, University of Indianapolis, among other schools.
