Five ORVC Stars Earn Weekly Honors

(Milan, Ind.) - Five student athletes have earned weekly honors from the Ohio River Valley Conference. 

The ORVC Report for January 26-31 was released on Thursday. 

Milan's Micah Norman is the ORVC Boys Basketball Player of the Week. The Indians' star totaled 44 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists over two games. 

The ORVC Girls Basketball Players of the Week are South Ripley's Kaiya Rinear and Southwestern's Mikayla Nussbaum. Rinear had a double-double (19 points, 11 rebounds) in a win over Jac-Cen-Del. Nussbaum earned weekly honors with 19 points, three assists and two rebounds in a win over Jac-Cen-Del. 

Rising Sun's Max Mossburger and Milan's Seth Thomas are the ORVC Boys Swimming Performers of the Week.
