EIAC Announces 2023-24 Girls Basketball All-Conference Team

Twelve players earned All-Conference honors.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Twelve players have been named to the 2023-24 EIAC Girls Basketball All-Conference Team.

Conference champion Greensburg (7-0) led the way with four all-conference selections. They are Claire Larrison, Mylie Wilkison, Aly Powers, and Leah West.

West and Wilkison finished the season as the second and third leading scorers in the conference at 16.4 and 14.8 points per game, respectively.

Franklin County and Batesville each had two all-conference selections, including Nicole Mears, the conference’s leading scorer at 17.9 points per game. She was joined by her Franklin County teammate, Ruby Singer.

Sophie Gesell and Alyson Peters represented Batesville on the all-conference team.

Lawrenceburg’s sophomore duo of Brooklyn Craig and Aubree Labazzo earned all-conference honors. Craig was fifth in scoring at 13.6 points per game. She also made the second-most 3-point baskets with 43. Labazzo tied with South Dearborn’s Natalie Cantrell for the conference lead in steals per game at 3.6 per contest.

The EIAC Girls Basketball All-Conference Team was rounded out by Ahniyah Bennett (Connersville) and Leoni Boyer (Rushville).
