EC Girls Soccer Top MaxPreps Indiana Poll, Ranked 9th in ISCA Poll

(St. Leon, Ind.) – It has been a great start to the 2023 season for the East Central Lady Trojans.

This week, East Central vaulted to the top of the MaxPreps Indiana Soccer rankings, in addition to being ranked 9th in the ISCA Class 3A Poll.

East Central is 5-0 with wins over Center Grove, Franklin County, Lawrenceburg, Floyd Central and Badin (Oh.). The Lady Trojans have scored 19 goals while only conceding two.

Their next match is Saturday, August 26 at Highlands (Ky.)

Other ranked teams in the area include:

  • Lawrenceburg (#10 in Class 2A)
  • Batesville (#15 in Class 2A)
  • Switzerland County (#10 in Class 1A)
  • Oldenburg Academy (#16 in Class 1A)
