East Central Dance Team Brings Home Several Trophies at SCAU State Competition

Next up is the SCAU Nationals for the Juniors and Seniors.

(St. Leon, Ind.) - The East Central Dance Team is celebrating success at the SCAU Indiana State Competition. 

The event was held at East Central High School over the weekend. 

East Central dancers competed in the minis, junior, and senior divisions. 

The minis took first place in Jazz and Kick and third place in Pom. They also received an Ultimate Star rating for all routines. East Central Juniors received a Showcase Star rating for all routines and were named Indiana State Champs. The Juniors team placed first in Jazz, Lyrical and Open, second in Kick and third in Pom. 

The EC Seniors team earned a Showcase Star rating in all routines and placed first in Lyrical, second in Jazz and Hip Hop and third in Kick. 

Next up is the SCAU Nationals for the Juniors and Seniors and their end of season recital.
