Area Basketball Stars Invited to IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase Events

The Top 100 Underclass Showcase events take place in June at Ben Davis High School.

INDIANAPOLIS - The 24th IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase basketball events have been set for June 12 and June 18. 

The 2026 boys' IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase will be Friday, June 12 at Ben Davis High School. The 2026 girls' IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase will be Thursday, June 18 at Ben Davis High School.

Local student athletes expected to participate are James Hughes (Batesville), Gina Grote (Oldenburg Academy), Claire Larrison (Greensburg), Lilly Maple (East Central), Natalie Stenger (East Central), and Etta Young (Jennings County)

South Ripley's Drew Volz was invited but is unable to participate.

Staged by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association with support from the Indiana High School Athletic Association and presented by Ballogy, the Underclass Showcase events are designed to give exposure to 252 of the top basketball prospects from across the state (120 boys, 132 girls) to colleges across the state and nation.

The 2026 Boys' Showcase will be conducted in one session. It will begin at 11:30 a.m. and run until about 4:55 p.m. The 2026 Girls' Showcase also will be conducted in one session. It also will begin at 11:30 a.m. and run until about 4:55 p.m. 

Admission is $5 per person per day for spectators. IBCA-member coaches will be admitted at no charge by showing their IBCA membership card.
