(Ripley County, Ind.) - The Ripley County Community Foundation is excited to invite you to the Women’s Giving Circle: Sun, Fun, & Philanthropy Social. This special event is a unique opportunity to connect with individuals dedicated to improving the quality of life for local women and children and to learn how you can be a part of this vital mission.

Mission Driven Purpose:

The Women’s Giving Circle unites women from diverse backgrounds and generations, leveraging their collective resources to create a meaningful impact in the lives of women and children across Ripley County. “The purpose of this event is clear: to fund initiatives that directly support the well-being and future of local women”, stated Amy Streator, Executive Director, Ripley County Community Foundation. The Women’s Giving Circle has already granted $6,000 to local organizations in 2025. Recent grant recipients, selected by the members of the giving circle, include Safe Passage, Summer Food for Kids, and Southeastern IN YMCA.

Grant Available:

In an exciting addition to this year’s social, the Women’s Giving Circle will present a $2,500 grant live at the event to a local nonprofit, which is working to uplift the lives of women and children, and thus bringing the mission of the Women’s Giving Circle to life at the event.

Event Details:

This year’s event will take place in the beautiful courtyard of The Tanglewood Boutique Hotel & Venue in Versailles, offering the perfect backdrop for connection and collective impact. Attendees can enjoy charcuterie cups from Pat’s Bulk Food, desserts from DeLISHious Creations, and the excitement of mystery box raffles each valued at $100 and filled with delightful surprises.

Whether you’re a long-time member or new to our circle, everyone is welcome to join us for this uplifting occasion. This is the perfect opportunity to share why our circle is so special and how, together, we can create meaningful change in our community. “I see firsthand the incredible impact that the Women’s Giving Circle makes in our community. The Sun, Fun, & Philanthropy Social is an opportunity for women to connect, inspire one another, and collectively support causes impacting those around us”, Streator stated. “By joining this group, you become part of a powerful network of compassionate, driven women who are committed to making a difference. This event is the perfect way to experience our mission in action, meet like-minded individuals, and see how your involvement can truly transform lives. I encourage every woman to join us, bring a friend, and be part of something impactful.”
