Warsaw Man Facing 10 Counts Of Child Sex Abuse

The charges are punishable by five to ten years in prison.

(Warsaw, Ky.) – A Warsaw man has been arrested on multiple counts of child sex abuse.

Kentucky State Police announced Monday the arrest of Michael Darby, 28.

Darby is charged with 10 counts of Sex Abuse Victim Under 12 (Class C Felony). The charges are in reference to three separate victims.

Darby is currently held in Carroll County Detention Center.

If convicted, he faces five to ten years in prison for each count.
