UPDATE: Police Locate Missing NKY Teen

Update published Monday, October 18 at 9:50 a.m.: 

Emily Neal has been located safely and is with her family. 

The Elsmere Police Department thanks community members for all the calls and support in trying to locate her.

(Elsmere, Ky.) – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile.

Emily Neal, 15, was last seen on October 3.

She was wearing a light blue or white mid-drift shirt with short sleeves and black leggings.

According to Elsmere Police, there is no known destination for Neal and she left her phone behind after messaging someone for a ride on Snapchat.

Anyone with information about Neal or her whereabouts, should contact Elsmere Police at 859-356-3191.
