(Batesville, Ind.) - For the first time in school history, the Batesville Singers competed at the Indiana State School Music Association State Show Choir Finals.
The event was held on Saturday at Franklin Central High School in Indianapolis.
Batesville Singers finished as sixth runner-up in the Small School Mixed Division.
From director Dan Borns: "We had our best performance of the season and the students poured their hearts out on the stage. I’m beyond proud of them for getting to the state finals for the first time in school history. This group will be memorable because of their grit and determination to improve every week. We end the show choir season proud to be Batesville Bulldogs."
