(Boone County, Ky.) - Bader M. Jibrini has been placed under arrest after being discharged from UC Medical Center.
Jibrini is the suspect in the June 12 incident on Saunders Lane, where he allegedly opened fire on a landscaping crew that had parked in front of his residence.
The crew was serving another residence on Saunders Lane and was lawfully parked on the street.
Jibrini is also accused of firing at responding law enforcement after an initial brief standoff. He sustained what was initially described as life threatening wounds to his chest in the exchange of gunfire with law enforcement.
Several hours later, Jibrini surrendered to SWAT.
He is charged with three counts of Attempted Murder and seven counts of Attempted Murder of a First Responder.
Jibrini is currently lodged at the Hamilton County Justice Center, where he will remain pending extradition, on $100,000,000 cash bond.
