(Millhousen, Ind.) – An upcoming carry out dinner and bake sale will benefit a local family in need.

Jenny Siebert and Grant Geis welcomed identical twins, Vance and Calvin, on December 23, 2022.

They were born fifteen weeks early and were diagnosed with Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS), a complication of monochorionic multiple pregnancies where there is a disproportionate blood supply between fetuses.

Vance was born at 2 lbs. 2 oz. while Calvin weighed 1 lb., 10 oz.

Both remain in NICU in Indianapolis, and the family has a long road ahead of them, both medically and financially.

Carry out dinners with fried chicken from Stone’s Family Restaurant will be sold on Sunday, February 26 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Knights of St. John in Millhousen.

Cost is $15 for a three-piece dinner, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Donations may also be made at Stone’s Family Restaurant, or to the Geis Twin Fund at any Napoleon State Bank location.
