Parents and guardians should download the Parent Square app.

(Harrison, Oh.) - With a new school year looming, Southwest Local School District will have one dedicated app to communicate with parents and guardians.
Effective immediately, Parent Square is the one and only app the school district will be using for communication from the district, building, and classroom level, including extra-curricular activities.
"Gone are the days of needing multiple apps for multiple classes, teams and clubs. Beginning this year, elementary class lists will be posted in Parent Square," reads a statement from SLSD.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to download the app and register an account, if you haven't done so already. High school and junior school students should download the Student Square app.
Students will continue to use Microsoft Teams in class as they have done in the past, however Student Square is how they will communicate with coaches / club advisors, and receive urgent notifications.
