Services Announced For 18-Year-Old Shooting Victim

Visitation and funeral services for Paycin Kritlow will happen Friday evening.

(Greendale, Ind.) – Services will be held this evening for a recent South Dearborn graduate that was tragically shot and killed.

Paycin Kritlow, 18, of Moores Hill, passed away on Sunday, July 19.

He had just graduated from South Dearborn High School a day prior.

According to his obituary, Kritlow was a car buff, a gamer, and he loved to fish. He was also described as the class clown, kindhearted and a lover of animals.

Following his tragic death, a GoFundMe page was created to help offset funeral expenses. To date, the page has surpassed the fundraising goal of $15,000.

Visitation for Kritlow will take place Friday, July 24 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Greendale.

Services will immediately follow.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees are asked to follow social distancing guidelines at all times. Face coverings are highly recommended.

Contributions may be made to the South Dearborn Dollars for Scholars (Vocational School Automotive Technician Scholarship).

Anyone unable to attend services, may call the funeral home office at (812) 926-1450 and they will notify the family of your donation with a card.
