The event at Versailles State Park will benefit Special Olympics Indiana.

(Versailles, Ind.) – It is never too early to register to take the plunge.
Registration is open for the 2023 Polar Plunge and After Splash Bash at Versailles State Park.
The annual event to support Special Olympics Indiana will take place on Saturday, February 18. The event is one of 16 plunges around the state.
The 2022 event drew more than 500 plungers and spectators.
Participants must be at least 12 years old on the day of the plunge and must raise a “bear” minimum of $85 to take the chilling dip into Versailles State Park’s winter waters.
Plungers can register as an individual or as a team of 10 to 20 plungers.
All funds raised will benefit Special Olympics Indiana, allowing athletes to train year-round and attend events.
