Police Look For Man Who Escaped Traffic Stop On Moving Train

This incident happened around 9:00 AM yesterday morning.

(Delhi, Oh.) - Charges are pending while police work to identify the man who jumped onto a moving train to escape a a traffic stop on River Road on Wednesday morning. 

Around 9:00 AM, police conducted a traffic stop in the 2700 block of River Road, reports FOX19-NOW.

While fleeing the scene, the man left the vehicle, hopped over a retaining wall, and was seen getting on a moving train. 

A small child, about 5-years-old, was found in the back of the vehicle abandoned by the suspect. 

The at large suspect is described as a man in his mid-20s.
