(Oldenburg, Ind.) - Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception is proud to announce the appointment of Jill Hollins as the new Director of Institutional Advancement. In this key leadership role, Hollins will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all philanthropic initiatives and engagement efforts that support the Academy’s mission.

Hollins brings with her a deep passion for Catholic education, a long-standing connection to Oldenburg Academy, and over two decades of professional experience. A proud 1998 graduate of OA and a Batesville native, Jill returns to her alma mater with 23 years of teaching experience in Catholic schools. She and her husband Chris have been married for 22 years and are the proud parents of two children—Jack (20) and Ava (16), who will be a junior at OA this fall.

In her role, Hollins will provide strategic leadership in donor development, alumni and community relations, and fundraising. She will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to secure annual, major, and planned gifts, and will lead OA’s Advancement team to deepen engagement with alumni and the broader community.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jill Hollins back to OA in this vital leadership position,” said Annette Hunger, President of Oldenburg Academy. “Jill’s passion for OA, her belief in the value of Catholic education, and her innovative spirit make her an exceptional fit. She will lead our Advancement team with vision and dedication to further our mission.”

“It’s an incredible honor to return to Oldenburg Academy in this capacity,” said Jill Hollins. “OA has played such a significant role in my life, and I’m excited to give back by helping to strengthen the mission that shaped me. I look forward to working with our alumni, families, and community partners to build a strong future for OA.”

Hollins’s return to Oldenburg Academy marks not only a professional milestone but also a heartfelt homecoming. Her commitment to advancing the mission of OA—fostering academic excellence, social responsibility, leadership, and personal growth—reflects her lifelong dedication to forming future leaders grounded in faith and service.
