The charges stem alleged unlawful acts in 2016.

(Boone County, Ky.) – A northern Kentucky man has been arrested on sexual abuse and sodomy charges.
Gregory P. Nichols, 51, of Union, was arrested last week and charged with Sodomy 3rd Degree and Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.
Boone County Sheriff’s detectives received a report on October 7, which alleged sexual abuse and sodomy against a minor.
The victim, who is now an adult and a personal relationship with Nichols, reported that the sexual acts took place in 2016 when the victim was 15 years old.
Nichols allegedly admitted to the unlawful acts and was transported to the Boone County Detention Center on $200,00 cash bond.
