MSJ Soccer Teaming Up To Fight Against Pediatric Brain Cancer

By Travis Thayer (Cincinnati, Oh.) - The men's and women's soccer teams at Mount Saint Joseph University are teaming up to help fight against pediatric brain cancer. MSJ Soccer will host a doubleheader against Defiance College on Saturday, October 29 in effort to raise funds for Lauren Hill's Forever 22 Scholarship and The Cure Starts Now Foundation. The Lady Lions will kick-off at 6:00 p.m., with the men's game following at 8:30. Admission for both games is free for all ages. Attendees are encouraged to participate in various raffles, including split-the-pot. Additionally, themed gift baskets, Lauren Hill Never Give Up DVD's, pins, bracelets, ribbons and more will be for sale.
