Minor Injuries, Arrest Made In Single Vehicle Crash In Ripley Co.

The crash took place Friday evening on County Road 850 North near Napoleon.

(Ripley County, Ind.) – A Columbus woman was arrested after being treated for minor injuries sustained in a crash on Friday evening.

Ripley County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the single vehicle crash on County Road 850 North near Old Michigan Road around 5:55 p.m.

Deputies say Paula C. Myers-Ping, 53, ran off the road into a ditch causing her pick-up truck to flip onto the driver side.

Myers-Ping was transported to Margaret Mary Health for treatment of minor injuries.

She was later taken into custody for OVWI.

The crash remains under investigation.
