(Harrison, Oh.) - Students at William Henry Harrison High School have completed an outstanding project that displays the community's appreciation for military veterans.
A brand-new Wall of Honor was unveiled this week at the Harrison Activity Center.
The wall serves as a permanent place to recognize the service of Harrison High School Wildcats that went on to join the military.
This student-led project was put together by the High School Interact Club with the help of the Greater Harrison Rotary. Funding for the project was provided by Yeager-Benson Memorial American Legion Post 199 and VFW Post 7570, Rotary, Neighborhood Bridges and the Meibers family.
The Interact Club is collecting names for the Wall. If you or someone in your family graduated from Harrison High School and served in the military, contact harrisoninteractclub@gmail.com.
