The event is free to attend.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The City of Lawrenceburg will host their annual Mayor's Reception and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, November 30.
The event will star at 5:30 p.m. in the upper level of the Lawrenceburg Event Center, where attendees can eat, check out the Central Elementary School essays, pick up an ornament (200 available, one per family), and listen to the Cincinnati Brass Band.
Cookies from Sweet Beard and hot chocolate from Funny Farm will be served too.
The mayor's welcome, lighting of the Walnut Street Christmas Tree, and essay award winners will be announced at 7:00 p.m.
Christmas caroling with Tiger Pizazz will follow.
