Margaret Mary Health Names New CFO

(Batesville, Ind.) - Margaret Mary Health (MMH) has named Eric Busch as Chief Financial Officer. He will join the organization in this role on June 22, 2026.

Busch brings extensive healthcare finance experience and a strong understanding of MMH and the surrounding communities. He previously served as MMH’s Director of Business Services and most recently was Chief Financial Officer at INcompass Healthcare.

In his new role, Busch will oversee MMH’s financial strategy and operations, supporting the organization’s continued growth and long-term planning. His experience includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strengthening operational performance.

“Eric’s background, leadership experience and familiarity with our organization make him well suited for this role,” said Liz Leising, President and CEO of MMH. “We are excited to welcome him back to Margaret Mary and look forward to the leadership and perspective he will bring to our team.”

Busch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

A lifelong resident of Batesville, Busch is committed to serving the community and supporting the future of healthcare in southeastern Indiana.
