The suspect was in Switzerland County court Wednesday.

(Switzerland County, Ind.) - A Madison, Indiana man is charged with two counts of Child Solicitation (level 4 felony) and two counts of Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor (level 6 felony) in Switzerland County.
Jack D. Shelley, 48, was arrested by detectives on Tuesday, June 18, according to Switzerland County Sheriff Brian Morton.
Indiana State Police and Vevay Police cooperated with the sheriff's office on the investigation.
Shelley appeared in Switzerland County Circuit Court on Wednesday. He was ordered held in the Switzerland County Jail on a $500 bond. The judge also ordered that, if Shelley bonds out, he is not to use a computer or any other electronic media.
A jury trial has been scheduled for May 18, 2020.
