This year’s theme is Look Around, Look Within, meaning to take time to take notice of your surroundings and how they are affecting you. Topics Mental Health America is specifically addressing as part of their campaign include safe and stable housing, health home environments, neighborhoods and towns, and the outdoors and nature.
