The first project will include Shady Lane.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Eleven different Lawrenceburg streets will soon begin rehab projects thanks to the Indiana Department of Transportation Community Crossing Matching Grant Award.
INDOT awarded Lawrenceburg $491,796 to towards the total roadway infrastructure improvements project cost of $655,728.
The Community Crossings road improvement projects are set to begin this week.
These rehab projects will include street re-construction, street milling, asphalt paving, concrete curb replacement, new curb installation, thermoplastic striping, street signage, storm-water improvement including repair, replacement, or extension.
Shady Lane will be the first project to begin with work including light curb removal to include repair, mill and overlay coordination. No driveways will be impacted.
Other streets to be addressed will be Coax Lane, Ariel lane, Ridge Drive, Primrose Street, Bode Drive, Randy Avenue, South Tanners Creek, Golden Drive, and the intersection of Fourth & Main Street.
The majority of work will be completed by Dave O'Mara Construction.
All projects must be completed and closed out on or before September 1, 2020.
All construction work coordination is weather dependent.
