Jennings Co's Ernstes Selected for Hoosier Gym All-Star Game

The All-Star Game is set for April 25.

(Knightstown, Ind.) - Jennings County High School senior Mollie Ernstes is set to play for Team Hickory. 

The Panthers' star has been named as one of 20 girls high school basketball players selected for the annual Hoosier Gym All-Star Game. 

Ernstes, a Kansas University commit, is among the best players in the state. She was recently named to the IBCA Senior Supreme 15 All-State Team. She also earned ICGSA First Team All-State honors. 

This season, Ernstes averaged 24.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.7 blocks per game. 

Ernstes and Silver Creek's Brooklyn Renn will be just the third and fourth players from Indiana to ever play for Kansas. 

Before she dawns a Jayhawks' uniform, Ernstes will play for Team Hickory vs. Team Terhune on Saturday, April 25 at The Hoosier Gym in Knightstown. The girls game will tip-off at 11:00 a.m. The boys all-star game will follow.
