(Dearborn County, Ind.) - The Laughery Creek Road bridge over a branch of Laughery Creek is scheduled to close Tuesday, April 6, in Dearborn County for a bridge replacement and minor road realignment project. The bridge is located 2.75 miles west of S.R. 56 and is expected to remain closed through early October.
The nearly $1.3 million contract was awarded in September 2020 to Force Construction. The official detour for the closure will follow Cole Lane/Nelson Road to Hartford Pike to S.R. 56.
This is a local project being completed in partnership with Dearborn County.
