Juvenile Airlifted From ATV Crash

An ATV crash happened Sunday on Baseline Road.

(Friendship, Ind.) - A child was seriously injured in an off-road vehicle crash near Friendship on Sunday.

The Friendship Volunteer Fire Department says the ATV accident happened in the 9000 block of Baseline Road around 8:30 a.m.

Air Methods transported the victim, who was a minor, to an Indianapolis hospital with injuries that were believed to be serious.

The victim’s name and current condition have not been released.

Rescue 69, Ripley County EMS, and the Ripley County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
