(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) has named Jared Leiker as the 2026 District 10 High School Principal of the Year.
Leiker has served as the Principal of Lawrenceburg High School since 2023.
The Indiana Association of School Principals annually recognizes outstanding school leaders in each of the 12 Indiana districts who have succeeded in providing high-quality learning opportunities for students.
The State winners at the elementary, middle, high and AP levels will be announced in November.
"He is dedicated to fostering a culture of academic excellence, strong relationships, and student success. Under his leadership, LHS has continued to grow in student achievement, school pride, and opportunities for all learners. Mr. Leiker is committed to supporting both students and staff through high expectations, collaboration, and a focus on preparing students for success beyond high school. His leadership emphasizes creating a positive school environment where students feel supported, challenged, and connected," reads a statement from Karl Galey, Superintendent of Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation.
