Hebron Man Charged With Child Solicitation In Switz. Co.

This is the fourth child solicitation arrest in Switzerland County in recent weeks.

(Switzerland County, Ind.) – For the fourth time in recent weeks, police in Switzerland County have made a child solicitation arrest.

Ricky E. Collins, 56, of Hebron, Kentucky, was arrested on Monday and charged with Child Solicitation (level 5 felony), and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor (level 6 felony).

The case was jointly investigated by the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office and Vevay Police.

Collins made his initial appearance in Switzerland Circuit Court on Tuesday. He is currently held in the Switzerland County Jail on $10,000 cash bond.
