The Boone County Sheriff's Office announced today that Angela McDaniel succumbed to her injuries and passed away at UC Medical Center on Wednesday evening.

(Petersburg, Ky.) – A Harrison woman was badly injured in a motorcycle accident in northern Kentucky.
Boone County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the single vehicle accident on the 6200 block of Petersburg Road on Saturday around 1:44 p.m.
Deputies say Angela McDaniel, 41, was westbound on Petersburg Road and approaching a 90-degree curve when her motorcycle laid down and on the left side of the roadway.
McDaniel was thrown from the motorcycle before striking a guardrail.
She was transported to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe speed and overcorrection were factors in the collision. Alcohol and drug impairment do not appear to be factors.
