(Greendale, Ind.) – On Monday, charges were filed in Dearborn Circuit Court against Teresa Todd.
Todd was arrested on May 31 after the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that she was selling marijuana and crack cocaine out of a room at the Quality Inn and Suites in Greendale.
When approached by police, Todd was allegedly found in possession of several bags of cocaine, along with marijuana. Upon searching her hotel room, officers allegedly found a digital scale, packaging material, glass pipes, and other drug paraphernalia.
Todd also had cocaine on her person as she was being booked into Dearborn County Jail, according to a press release from the Prosecutor’s Office.
Todd is charged with Dealing Cocaine with Intent to Deliver (Level 2 Felony) and Trafficking with an Inmate (Level 5 Felony).
She received her initial hearing on Tuesday and bond was set in the amount of $500,000 surety and $250,000 cash.
