(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A Round for Regan was first organized in August of 2024 to support Paul and Emily Tremain, and their daughter, Regan, following her diagnosis of B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
The golf outing served as a way to show love and support to the Tremain's while helping ease the financial strain of Regan's treatment. Although she is still in treatment, the Tremain family would like to help ease that burden for others.
Now in its third year, this year's golf outing will support Trenten Hyatt and his family. Trenten was born on December 14, 2020. Despite a healthy pregnancy, he entered the world with severe brain damage and was diagnosed with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE).
Trenten also lives with Epilepsy and endures daily seizures, making every day a challenge for him and his family. To this day, he continues to face frequent hospital stays, often spending weeks at a time in and out of the hospital.
A Round for Regan takes place Saturday, June 27 at Sugar Ridge Golf Club on State Line Road in Lawrenceburg. Cost is $100 per person or $400 per foursome and includes lunch and an event shirt.
There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, in addition to longest drive and closest to the pin contests.
