The position came available in February after Tammy Chavis decided to leave.

(Brookville, Ind.) – The Franklin County Community School Corporation has welcomed its new superintendent into the fold.

Dustin Gehring recently ran his first school board meeting as the new superintendent.

The FCCSC Board of Education voted unanimously to name Gehring as the new Franklin County Community School Corporation Superintendent on June 18.

He replaces Tammy Chavis, who decided to leave the school district in February.
