Over 70 firefighters and 11 organizations are coming together for a large-scale emergency response exercise on Tuesday. Facility workers and firefighters will practice their response actions in a simulated emergency.

Setup for the exercise will begin at 6:30 a.m. The actual training exercise is expected to last from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.

During the exercise, Harrison Brookville Road will remain open to traffic, but motorists are asked to proceed slowly past the facility. Signage will be placed indicating the training is in progress.
