(St. Leon, Ind.) – The East Central High School FFA Chapter has been no stranger to competing at the state level.
On May 8, six members of the team competed in the Indiana 4-H FFA Wildlife Habitat CDE at the John S. Wright Forestry Center at Purdue University.
The team of Heath Doll, Elizabeth Stout, and Bradley Kolb placed second overall.
Braden McDaniel, Evan Kuhn, and Adrien King came in seventh place out of 27 total teams.
Each team identified preserved wildlife species, completed a general wildlife knowledge exam, evaluated wildlife habitats, and completed a wildlife management plan.
