Eagle 99.3 Is Welcoming Your Team's Sports Scores

An open letter to southeast Indiana’s high school and youth sports coaches from Eagle 99.3 News and Sports Director Mike Perleberg: I’d like to renew Eagle 99.3’s invitation to our local coaches and athletic departments to share their daily game scores and other announcements with our radio station. As many of you may know, Eagle 99.3 is one of the top media outlets focused primarily on southeast Indiana. Eagle 99.3 would like you to put our radio station, website www.EagleCountryOnline.com, and large social media followings to work spreading that good word about your program. We want to highlight our local athletes and the work you do in coaching them. We are interested in receiving your game scores and stats along with announcements concerning team fundraisers or camps. You can provide info in a form as simple as a score (“We defeated Team XYZ 5-3 this evening”) or include team or individual stats and a quote or two from yourself. Your photos are also welcomed. Eagle 99.3 announces local high school sports results on the air each Monday through Friday on the Eagle 99.3 Morning Show with Bubba Bo. The scores are also published online in our daily (Monday-Friday) Local Sports Reports presented by Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, where photos would also be included (example here). Here are the ways you can share your team’s scores or other announcements with us. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you:

-Share scores and stats to MaxPreps.com or Varvee.com, which we monitor

-When notifying other local media of your results, simply copy us in your message.

-Email – sports@eaglecountryonline.com or news@eaglecountryonline.com

-Phone – 812-537-9724 M-F 5:00am-6:00pm

-Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/eagle993

-Twitter - @eagle993

Thanks and keep up the great work. Please contact me anytime if we can do anything for your team or school.   Mike Perleberg Eagle 99.3 News and Sports Director
