The driver told police he rolled his Jeep as he swerved to miss a deer. He also allegedly had a BAC more than double Indiana's legal driving limit.

(Ohio County, Ind.) - A driver was arrested after rolling his Jeep on an Ohio County road Wednesday morning.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office said the single-vehicle crash occurred on Milton Bear Branch Road near Raisor Hill Road around 9:30 a.m.
The driver was 20-year-old William Feckter, of Cincinnati, who told deputies he wrecked as he swerved to miss a deer. He was not hurt as he was wearing his seatbelt.
Deputies say the driver had a BAC level of .204 – well above Indiana’s legal driving limit of .08.
Feckter was arrested for OWI and Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. He was booked into jail at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center.
