Dillsboro Homecoming Festival Returns May 19-22

All the fan-favorite events are back!

(Dillsboro, Ind.) - The Dillsboro Homecoming Festival is back! 

The popular event returns May 19-22 featuring traditional contests, live music, Poor Jack's Amusements on the Midway, parade, 5K, and more. 

Opening Ceremonies will take place on Wednesday, May 19 at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Prince and Princess and King and Queen contests. Opening night will also feature the Senior King and Queen contest and the presentation of the Outstanding Citizen Award. 

Night two of the Dillsboro Homecoming Festival takes place on Thursday, May 20. The popular Baby Contest is the featured event at 7:15 p.m. Registration will take place between 5:30-6:45. 

Friday's festivities include the Frog Jumping and Best Dressed contests, plus fireworks at dusk. 

The final day of the Dillsboro Homecoming Festival gets an early start with the 5K Run & Walk at 8:00 a.m. The Homecoming Parade follows at 11:00 a.m.

The Dillsboro Homecoming Festival will also feature live music from several popular local and regionals bands. The lineup is as followed:

- Wednesday, May 19 - Biggin and the Sour Belly Trio, 8:30 p.m.

- Thursday, May 20 - My Brothers Keeper, 8:30 p.m.

- Friday, May 21 - Sounds of Summer (A Beach Boys Tribute), 8:30 p.m.

- Saturday, May 22 - Four Identical Strangers, 6:15 p.m. 

- Saturday, May 22 - New Frontier (Journey Tribute), 8:00 p.m.

- Saturday, May 22 - Fleetwood 2 the Max
