(Dearborn County, Ind.) - Annual rabies vaccinations are required for all dogs and cats in Indiana.
A series of rabies vaccination clinics will be held in June in Dearborn County, says Dr. Vince Karsteter of the Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic.
The fee is only $10 per animal for a one-year vaccination.

- Wednesday, June 6, 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Moores Hill Firehouse
- Thursday, June 7, 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Yorkville St. Martin’s Church Yard and Dillsboro Firehouse West Side
- Thursday, June 7, 6:30-7:30 p.m. – New Alsace St. Paul’s School
- Thursday, June 14, 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Manchester Old Firehouse
Under Indiana law, all dogs, cats and ferrets older than three months of age must be vaccinated against the rabies virus. State law allows the use of one-year and three-year vaccines according to approved label directions, but some local governments may have stricter laws. The vaccine must be administered by a veterinarian.
