(Dearborn County, Ind.) - Jeff Blom and Gage Pace are the new leaders of Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Bureau (CVTB).

The duo brings more than four decades of combined experience in destination marketing, tourism, hospitality and economic development to the organization's leadership team.

Blom will serve as President.

He joins CVTB after serving for the past eight and a half years as President of the Clermont County Convention & Visitors Bureau, where he led the organization’s growth into an award-winning destination marketing organization. During his tenure, the bureau earned more than 25 tourism industry marketing awards and secured numerous national and regional sporting events.

"I am grateful for the opportunity to rebuild the Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Bureau into a more progressive destination sales and marketing organization," Blom said. "I am glad the Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Commission selected me to guide the organization into the future. I look forward to working with our staff, tourism partners and community stakeholders to build on the foundation that has been constructed over the last thirty years."

Pace, the new Vice President of CVTB, is a familiar face in Dearborn County.

He brings more than four years of leadership expertise, having previously served as Economic Development Manager for One Dearborn Economic Development. In that role, he worked with local governments, businesses, and community organizations to support economic growth, business development and regional collaboration throughout Dearborn County and Southeast Indiana.

"I'm excited to continue serving Dearborn County in this new role," Pace said. "The people, partnerships and commitment to working together here are second to none. I look forward to promoting Dearborn County's many destination assets, strengthening its tourism economy and supporting the continued growth and economic vitality of Dearborn County and Southeast Indiana."

“Our Board is incredibly excited to welcome Jeff and Gage to our Visitors Bureau leadership team,” said Tim Doll, Vice President of the Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Commission. “From the very beginning of the search process, it was clear we weren't simply looking to fill positions—we were looking for leaders who could inspire our partners, champion our destination, and help shape the future of tourism in our region. We found exactly that."
