Dearborn Co. Tourism Gets Summer Started With "Super Giveaway"

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Bureau will kick off the summer travel season next week with an all-new Super Summer Giveaway, a five-week Facebook promotion featuring a selection of Southeast Indiana prize giveaways, including dining and attraction gift cards, a brewery experience, overnight at Hollywood Casino and more.

The free contest will showcase the many things visitors can see and do in the region, with weekly themes including Aurora Summer Nights, Farm-to-Table, Shop Southeast Indiana, Night at the Races and Roll the Dice.

WHEN: Beginning every Wednesday, June 6-July 10

OTHER: Must be 21 years of age to participate

“We’re so excited for another year of Southeast Indiana giveaways,” said Debbie Smith, Executive Director of the Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Bureau.  “We have so much going on this summer, and this is a great way to showcase all of the attractions, restaurants, and activities visitors will find taking place in this corner of the state.”

Located along the Ohio River Scenic Byway where Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky meet, Dearborn County is close to several major interstates and is just a 20-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati.  Known as “The Perfect Place to Play,” the region is home to many scenic small towns and historic attractions, and hosts several major festivals and events throughout the year.
