Clydesdale Horses Coming to Holtkamp Winery

Event to include free Clydesdale-drawn wagon rides at scenic estate winery

(Sunman, Ind.) - Christmas is in the air at Holtkamp Winery, which will host The Clydesdales at Holtkamp, a special event planned for both December 14 and 21.

WHEN: Sun., Dec. 14 from 1-3pm and Sun., Dec. 21 from 1-3pm

The beautiful horses, on loan from Mayberry West Farm, will be at the winery offering free horse-drawn wagon rides from 1-3pm. Visitors can enjoy handcrafted wine, wine slushies, craft beer and hot chocolate (available for purchase from 11am-6pm), plus live music from 2-5pm. Brick-oven pizza will also be on sale from 11am-6pm.

An estate winery located in rural Dearborn County, Holtkamp is known for their award-winning vintages and was previously named Indiana’s “Farm Winery of the Year.” Those consuming alcoholic beverages at the event should plan to bring ID along with them and select a designated driver in advance.
