Civista Bank has earned the workplace recognition from American Banker for the seventh consecutive year.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A local bank is getting high marks for its work environment.

Civista Bank has been named by trade publication American Banker as one of its "Best Banks to Work For." It is the seventh year in a row the Sandusky, Ohio-based bank has been received the recognition.

The award is given for participating companies’ workplace policies, practices and demographics, as well as employee surveys.

Civista Bank has eight branch offices in Dearborn and Ripley counties in southeastern Indiana. It also serves customers throughout Ohio and northern Kentucky.
