Chipotle In Aurora? It's No Longer A Rumor

By Mike Perleberg

(Aurora, Ind.) - Burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads will soon be served up at a new fast food restaurant in Aurora. City officials tell Eagle 99.3 that the rumors are true. A Chipotle Mexican Grill is being planned at the old White Castle location on U.S. 50 at Sycamore Estates Drive, according to Aurora city manager Guinevere Emery. The news was confirmed by Mark-L Construction, the Columbus, Ohio-based company that is renovating the restaurant. While work has been happening at the site for a few weeks now, no estimate was given by the company on when the new Chipotle location will open for business. The Chipotle won't be the only recently-announced restaurant in Dearborn County. There are plans for a Skyline Chili in St. Leon and work continues on a Buffalo Wings & Rings in Greendale.
