(Harrison, Oh.) -  Rain or shine the 2018 Weber Family Pumpkin Festival will go on this weekend in Harrison.

The Weber Family Pumpkin Festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, October 20 and 21 at Weber Farm, 6007 Kilby Road in Harrison. The festival will run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The annual festival has taken place the third full weekend of October since the Minges family started event in 1984.

In 2015, the festival relocated to neighboring Weber Family Farm and for the first time ever, this year’s festival will only dawn the Weber family name.

Although the name has changed, the Weber’s are using the slogan “Same Tradition, New Legacy”.

Like years past, the event brings together thousands of people from all over the region to celebrate the fall season and features live music, more than 150 arts and crafts exhibitors, food, live demonstrations and many activities for the kids.

Admission is $5 per person. Kids 12 and under get in for free.

On site parking will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. each day. Parking is free and there will be shuttle running from designated points in the parking lot to the main entrance gates.
