Body Positively ID'ed As Erlanger Woman Who Fell Into Ohio River

(Hebron, Ky.) - A body found in the Ohio River Monday has been confirmed as that of a missing Erlanger woman.

Whitney Crank, 31, had fallen from a boat in the river near Cincinnati on May 18 and had not been seen since.

A body located in the water near Constance Marina in Hebron on Monday was positively identified Tuesday as Crank.

The coroner has not yet released a cause of death, but investigators say no foul play is suspected.

Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officers are reminding boaters to wear lifejackets.
